Congress WBN (C-WBN), is a global synergy of Kingdom initiatives. It comprises sectors of strategic operations involving networks of kingdom communities, professional groups, educational institutions, nations development initiatives, businesses, individual national leaders and university students. The President and Founder is Dr. Noel Woodroffe who functions out of the primary base in Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. The Congress operates in over 65 nations on all five continents.
